Stella Maris apartment is located only 500 metres from the popular Banje Beach and 700 metres from Dubrovnik’s historic center. Guests can enjoy in beautiful view on the Old Town and Adriatic Sea. The location is perfect for the guests who would like to be close to the historical part of the city  but away from the city crowd. On your way to the town you can enjoy in a nice walk.

Clean, spacious apartment that met all the expectations of four person family with good kitchen, great view and regular bus connections (if you do not feel like walking the 15 minutes to old town). Nearest grocery stores, restaurants (unless you go to nearby hotel restaurants) and public beaches within ca. 10 minutes walk. 

Great balcony view and good kitchen

1베드룸 아파트 - 바다 전망 - Zlatni Potok 13 - 예약한 곳이였는데.. 
넓고 깨끗해서 맘에 들었고 쇼파베드라 걱정햇는데 4명이서 자기에 충분했다. 
전망도 좋고.. 시설은 너무 좋았지만.. 
숙소를 이용하려면 버스를 타고 이동해야하고.. 많은 계단을 올라해서 그점이 불편했다. 

전망도 좋고 시설도 좋고.. 좋았어요. 단.. ^^;;

The appartement is located on the south coast of Dubrovnik, 20 min. walk into the old town and direktly over a small,stone beach,lovely to swim,but 400 steps down and more so back up again!
It is very clean and spacious with all amenities you wish for, aircon if you like and very friendly host.
But the best asset is the wonderful view from the balcony: old town in the north, island of Lokrum across and the bay towards Cavtat in the south. Great!
 

Beautiful view 

The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with fantastic views, although a little tired looking on the outside. The hosts spoke good English.
The only drawback was the 1.5km walk uphill from the old town and then 160 steps up to the apartment so you need to be fairly fit, but once there, well worth the effort.I would definitely recommend a stay here.    

Lovely well  equipped aparment

Lovely clean, quiet apartment, great location and very well equipped. View from balcony was wonderful. The wifi was very good.  About 10 to 15 minutes walk to old town. There are 162 steps up to the apartment if you take the short route. The road takes a little longer but is easier on the legs. Would recommend this apartment.

Lovely clean apartment with beautiful view of the sea and Lokrum Island

The views are amazing. Big apartment with everything you need and the host was so helpful on arrival. Was greeted with complimentary cherries and bottle of merlit, which was beautiful. Thankyou for an amazing stay.

Awesome Apartment 

Stylish, clean and well-equipped apartment with brilliant view of sea and old town. Conscientious and helpful owner there to meet and greet and on hand if we needed anything.
Fifteen minutes walk from the Old Town allowing easy access to hustle and bustle but also peace and quiet and when you wanted it. Beaches nearby. As others have mentioned, steps involved and walk back up from town and beaches involves a slight hill but easily manageable for anyone of average fitness. Totally worth it for the location and view! Also there is a bus right outside the apartment - all easy to navigate.


Amazing views and excellent location

This is one of the best apartments we have stayed at. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble from our hosts. The view is really special with the whole of Lokrum, the old city and cruise ships moored in the bay. The balcony is a great place for a sundowner and nibbles. The kitchen is first class and very well equipped. The fridge includes a water filter and ice dispenser which was really handy and saved lugging bottles of water up the hill. What we really appreciated was all the little things that are often not provided like salt n pepper, coffee,tea, kitchen towels, tea towels, washing up liquid,  etc . They even supplied beach towels. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would thorough recommend this apartment.

An excellent apartment with super views

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
