chambres d'un confort spartiate mais propres, parfait pour une nuit ou deux, pour dormir dans les vieilles pierres et visiter la vieille ville.
les restaurants sont au pied de la rue, ce qui peut être bruyant en cas d'affluence. 

Très bien situé- accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire . crêpes maison à notre arrivée et gâteaux lors de notre départ ! 

The room is really simple, however very cleaner, De location is perfect and we have no problem to find  to find. The lady was very. So if you are looking for something in old town for a good value this room is perfect. :)

prefect location

La estadía fue buena. El Hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, justo dentro de la ciudad antigua. Cosas a mejorar: la señal del WiFi no era buena en nuestra habitación (se cortaba todo el tiempo), el baño no es privado como decía nuestra reserva (hay un baño por piso y dos habitaciones por piso), la señora que nos atendió no habla mucho inglés pero igual se hace atender. La terraza tiene una vista espectacular. En líneas generales la estadía fue buena y al momento de reservar este hostal fue lo más barato que encontramos con buena ubicación, teniendo en cuenta que en Dubrovnik todo es súper caro.

Our requirements from this booking were to be as central in the old town, have an outdoor area for smoking and be as cheap as possible as we didn't have a big holiday budget.  Rooms Kisic excelled on all fronts.  The rooms are very simple indeed but clean and the hosts were friendly and incredibly helpful.  We particularly enjoyed the spectacular views from the roof terrace.  Great sitting up there watching the sun go down with a beer.

The host is very nice and always worry about anything you need!
If you need Kunas ask for the host because it's the best exchange in Dubrovnik!

Great!

The room is simple but the location makes it worth and the lady is very friendly.
Dubrovnik is generally expensive so all inclusive is a good place to stay for some days.
Dubrovnik itself is one of the most beautiful towns in this part of Europe.


Great location

Excellent location in centre of old town. Very helpful and friendly owner. Room has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. The bathroom is clean and hot water was working. The bed was comfortable and the room had a kettle for tea and coffee. 

Great place and friendly owners

We felt really welcome at this place, and Sanja, the owner, gave us wine and snacks and was really nice to us. The property is in a characteristic little alley in the middle of Dubrovnik, just walk down and you have all the restaurants and bars closeby. Check out Glam Cafe and D'Vino bar for drinks and Nishta for food. We enjoyed our stay a lot! 

Great location with fantastic rooftop terrace

Nice and very helpful host but the rooms were quite old and damp. Situated in the absolut center of the old town of Dubrovnik but peaceful and quiet. 

Good location, not the nicest room

Description was very accurate, bed was very comfortable, bathroom looked nice, location was very central (that's why there was noise from the street, but if You close window it is okay) and host was very friendly- he greeted us and told as all about the city, so that was very helpful. Kitchen also looked good, we just didn't get to use it.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
