What a great location, the view of the old city from the terrace was great! The room was also a close walk to the city as well as benje beach and without all the stairs. Ognjen was very sweet and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. He helped us find an airport transport bus close by to the room. Overall great experience and would highly recommend. The nighttime and early mornings could get loud with people walking by. Great spot close to the city!! 

Great location close to old city! 

Despite unable to speak very good English, the host was very nice and accommodating. He helped us book an airport shuttle saving us 200 kunas! He also gave us some biscuits upon our departure :)
This apartment is very close to Old Town - about a 3 minute walk to the gates of the castle, and 10 minute walk to the restaurants. I loved the view of the sea - it was a great spot to relax after a long day exploring the city. 
The only negative review I have was that the Internet stopped working the day of our departure (we left really early and so we did not wake the host to sort it out). Despite this, I would recommend this place to visitors. 

Comfortable stay

La habitación está en un lugar inmejorable, a cien metros de la playa y ciento cincuenta de la muralla de la ciudad. Además tiene una terraza donde se puede disfrutar de los atardeceres. Excelente.

Hermoso lugar

Nice basic room in a good location for a very affordable price, very close to the old city. You have a lott nearby like the bakery, supermarket, restaurants, exchange bank and shops. The port of Dubrovnik is not even 10 minutes to walk where you can go on a boat to do several tours for example. The one who rent us the room was a friendly men. Only it was hard to commincate with him cause his English was minimal. But we had a nice time!

This is a good place . Clean . Cheap . Close to the old town and the beach and 2 min of station bus atlas shuttle.staff very friendly .

If you do not mind absolut basic style, no aircondition and a huge diskothek in front of the building than this for you! The owner though was really friendly!

Location is excelent, near to the center but far from the noise. Very friendly staff. The room is comfortable.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
