It features free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and LCD cable TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with dining table. Living room includes sofa. Property has three bathrooms, two with  shower cabins and a bathtub. Guests can enjoy spacious furnished terrace overlooking the city.

BBQ facilities are at guests disposal.

Holiday Home King is situated in the heart of modern Dubrovnik. It is ideally placed as it is only a 20 min walk away from both the historic Old City and downtown Dubrovnik.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out is available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.
Parking is free and available on site.

A super holiday home, Ivana the owners Mother was there to welcome us and show how everything worked, not very good English but able to understand her, a lovely lady. Anthony came an hour or so later who had very good English and was very helpful. A great start to our 5 day break.
The accommodation is very new, it was also very clean we had a change of towels and bed linen after 3 days. I could not fault it.
The walk to the old town is about 20 minutes, or the is a bus stop at the end of the road, 2 minute walk, that takes you to the old town. There is also a taxi rank about 3 minutes walk down the hill. 

A short break in Dubrovnic

The house was lovely. Extremely clean and all new. Antonio was there to greet us on arrival, and both he and his mother were available whenever we had questions. The location is a 20-30 minute walk from the old town, or a quick bus ride. Buses run regularly, and we were very happy to not be staying in the old town itself. I would certainly recommend this house and would stay again if I were returning to the area.

Everything was great here. All very new und modern. Big rooms. We were surprised. Very cheap.
Not far from the old town. Bakery, restaurant around the corner. 30 minutes from the Airport.
Nice owner. Nothing to complain about. We come back.

Best Deal inTown - clean, comfortabel, modern

Four bedroom, three bathroom house about a thirty minute gentle walk from the Old Town and a fifteen minute walk from beaches. Fully air conditioned. Well appointed. Sharing with two other couples made this great value for money.

The house was fabulous everything you needed was provided. The hosts were excellent always making sure we had all the information we required. The house was well situated and beautifully presented and would definitely recommend any visitor to book this house, we will always use this house when we return.

Great holiday in Dubrovnik

This property was very well looked after, clean, spacious and very well appointed for 6 people.
We had 4 adults and 2 children with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  The property agent Tony was very nice and obliging and was there for any problems that might have arisen.  As it turns out the only problem that arose was that the WiFi cut out several times.  Tony was over in a flash to rectify the problem.
I would recommend this property to families looking for some peace and quiet a little away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town.  It is up on the hill about a 20 min walk to the Old Town but with a bus running almost right outside the door every 15mins downtown.  Very convenient.

The owner was very sweet. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Nice bathrooms and kitchen fully equiped. Good price and close to the historical center of Dubrovnik. I don't think you could find better place in Dubrovnik

Perfect house for Family holyday.aircondition on every rooms .tv in the rooms .Nice veranda.Wireless internett .
Perfect placed beetween old town and the marina.Nice beaches in the erea.bus and taxi stop outside the house.Shop 4. minutes walk from the house.Nice restaurangs few minutes walks from the house.the house owner lives Close too the house. He is very helpful.One day he guides us around the city of Dubrovnik.
If we og to Dubrovnik later , we will order this house....

perfekt stay...

Loved the place ! We were a family of 7 and this villa was perfect for us. Tony is the sweetest host we have met. We arrived on a sunday when most supermarkets were closed and tony drove us to the one that was open. The kitchen was already stocked with the basics plus some juice and beer :) the dining table and living space was great for a large famiky like ours and the  kitchen had all the amenities (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc) The villa was super clean. The bus stop for the old town was right outside the place and the journey is only about 10 mins. Nice neighbourhood too ! Overall we loved the place. Thank you Tony and Ivana !

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
