This wonderful homey studio apartment comes with air conditioning,  free WiFi and private bathroom . The studio apartment offers also a little nice kitchenette  with stove, oven and a refrigerator. The studio apartment comes with her own parking place. There is a shared kitchenette  on disposal to every guest with a barbecue, fridge and outdoor dining area.

This studio apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons.

Located just by the sea on Sipan Island, Guest House Simunovic features  a private access to the sea.

Owners of the guest house have an eco-friendly farm in the center of Sipan Island, where they grow organic fruit and vegetables and produce olive oil and goat cheese. Guests benefit from free homemade wine, brandy, liqueurs and juices.

Public parking is provided 10 meters from ferry port..The Simunovic can also organize daily trips.

This small and intimate apartment is run by Zdravko and his wife who are very welcoming. the accommodation is perfectly comfortable and clean. You can purchase breakfast or an evening meal as optional extras if you don't fancy going out and the food is excellent, not to mention the free bottles of home made wine. The views over the bay and nearby islands are outstanding and. I highly recommend stepping out on the terrace about midnight or just before dawn to have a look at the affect that moonlight has on the view of the bay, unforgettable. 

Perfect retreat

У нас был замечательный отпуск в апартаментах у Здравко и Кейт. Мы получили то, что искали: тишину и относительное уединение. Замечательный маленький пляж в 30 метрах от аппартаметнов с очень чистой водой. Очень красивый вид с террасы. Целый день в свободном доступе домашнее вино, ликеры, бальзам. Хозяйка печет замечательные штрудели. Вообще еда в апартаментах получше, чем во всех ресторанах на этом острове. С утра вы делаете заказ (если хотите) и вечером вас ждет красиво серверованный стол на террасе. Очень вкусное мясо, рыба, можно заказать осминога. Салаты из овощей, выращенных на ферме хозяина апартаментов. Причал в 300 метрах от апартаментов. Из Дубровника 4 раза в день ходит паром. Общественный пляж тоже не далеко, особенно если идти по тропинке вдоль моря. Хозяева апартаментов очень радушные и общительные люди. Объязательно вернемся туда снова.

Замечательно место. Релакс для души и тела.

Stayed in the Bungalow or outside terrace room in May. Room and bathroom was a little tight ... but comfortable. Access to rocky beach was good. Hotel nearby where we could borrow reading material, rent bicycles and have drinks. Our host was eager to please and could not do enough to accomodate us. Wonderful views from the terrace! Restaurant only a few steps away did not disappoint. Wi-fi reception good as was access to fridge and hotplate should one wish to create a one pot wonder ... Would recommend and would visit Drago again -- fell in love with his organic produce and lifestyle! 

Relax and revitalise

Vi hadde 5 flotte dager på Guest House Simunovic. Eieren gav oss en varm velkomst og var veldig oppmerksom under hele oppholdet. Selv de dagene vi ikke bestilte frokost, men ordnet oss selv, kom han med egg til gutten vår. Det var gratis vin og frukt til å lage limonade fra fryseren. Utsøkt middag på kveldene, en kunne velge mellom fisk, geit og blekksprut. Det er kun 5 min gange til nærmeste strand, det er også en badeplass rett nedenfor leiligheten. Denne passer best for voksne, men vi var der og badet med vår 3,5 åring på ettermiddagene, måtte imidlertid hoppe uti. Husk badesko! Det er kun en butikk i landsbyen som selger badeutstyr mm. Leiligheten var liten, men ren og pen med deilig aircondition. Uteplassen utenfor er suveren! 
Utenom leiligheten er det 4 dobbeltrom til utleie, disse er enkle og har små toalett, men de er rene. Besteforeldrene som var med hadde ikke sovet så godt som der på lenge. Uteområdet foran leiligheten deles melllom alle utleieenhetene.

Nydelig og fredfullt

first there was a warm welcome by a friendli owner.  the appartment was clean and big enough.
it was in a quiet area with a private beach. if you like, the owner cook for you a delicious dinner or prepare a breakfast with organic food from his farm.
or you have the possibility to cook your own foid in a lovely outdorkitchen surrounded by different herbes. also you can have selfmade liquors from the owner.
the little village is nearby and have some nice restaurants and a little supermarket.
the island is tiny little treasure.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
