Standard

The room was quite small and the bathroom was a mess. It was hard to take a descent shower since the hot water tank was in the shower itself. The room and the terrace did not resemble at all the pictures on Booking. Everything was old an smelt weird. It was 20 min walk from the old town. The only nice thing about this place was the price. We had book a double room with a double bed but we were accommodated with two single beds quite uncomfortable.

Gutes Zimmer mit davor liegender grosser Terrasse mit Blick auf die Neustadt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuch in die Old Town. 15 Minuten Fußmarsch mit schöner Aussicht über die Küste.
Zimmer frisch und sauber. Bezahltes Frühstück sehr ordentlich. Wirtin reicht gelegentlich einige
selbst angesetzte Schnäpse.

Schöne Stadtvilla mit Aussichtsterrassse voller Blumen und nettem Inhabern.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, friendly hosts and just a short walk into the old town. Busses are every few minutes and this guest house is ideally placed to travel around Dubrovnik.
Would stay again and would highly recommend to others.

Pleasurable stay, friendly hosts.

The room is clean and big, but the accommodation stays a little far from the centre (25-30 min walking). The staffs are really friendly but the communication in english is really limited. Wifi signal in the room could be better. 

Good place to stay

Guest house Regus is in a stunning location looking over a valley up on the hill.  Not far from the bus stop,  with a direct route into the old town and to the port.  We were a 5 min walk to the beach which was so refreshing in the morning. Room was very clean,  the shower had strong water pressure and the aircon was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and there is a fridge outside the room. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this guest house to anyone. 

Perfect location for a good price 

Son un matrimonio muy agradable y simpático.
La habitación, tiene aire acondicionado. Sin embargo, no tiene TV.
La ubicación no es mala, aunque podría estar mejor ya que está subiendo una cuesta. Está a unos 15 minutos del centro, andando por un paseo con muy buenas vistas al mar.
En general recomendamos esta habitación.

Buena experiencia

The second time I was visiting Dubrovnik I did not hesitate to book again Guest House Raguz.
My stay was so familiar again and I enjoyed again all the amenities of this location.
A place near the old town, quiet, clean, rich breakfast, lovely hosts, free wifi and much more.

I came back

The location was great. We walked to the old town. Hosts were very friendly. They have a lovely garden to have a breakfast. overall great experience! Only the language was a bit problem. But we managed it well.

Great Place!

We had a room for one night, the place is quiet good and like 10-15min walking to the old downtown. Everything was good and people are nice. I recommend this place. You can go walking to the beach, the nearest one is like 5min walking. 

One night stay

The fact the owners don´t speak english make the experience much more intense, they were really nice and did everything to please us. The room is nice, clean and the matrass confortable.
The location is OK, which mean 10-15 min to the center of Dubrovnik. 
Btw: we are from portugal.

Really good

The apartment was very well located, with a short walk to 2 hotel beaches and about a 2km walk from the Old City. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and we enjoyed our stay there very much. There was also a terrace with a great view, which was lovely to drink coffees there in the mornings. The owner was very gracious and allowed us to store our luggage there after checking out as well as changing clothes after a day out before leaving for the airport. We really appreciated this. The owner is not fluent in English, but we managed to communicate well with technology :) I would definitely stay here again!!

Superb visit! 

Rooms were cleaned everyday. The couple who ran it were very friendly, always smiling and helpful. Location is 20-30 min walk from old town. The bus system is easy to use and regular, I would suggest purchasing tickets the the whole time you are there. 


Basic and friendly.

Ivan and his wife are friendly housekeepers. They welcome you with a smile and try to help you with litte things, like hanging your wet towels on the drying rack. The room is spacious. There is a big terras that every guest can use. The location is good. It is a 15 min walk to the old city. If you want to park your car, you can park it for free in the street. You need to be lucky to do so, because the streets nearby are crowded. 

Pleasant accommodation

This guest house overlooks the mountain ranges and is located in the quieter part of the town In a residential area.   
The hosts are very kind and helpful people. A 15 minute walk on foot will take you to the old town of Dubrovnik. 

Great host and views

Sehr zu empfehlen als Unterkunft in Dubrovnik, man gelangt schnell und problemlos sowohl in die Altstadt als auch in den Hafen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend. Das Frühstück war super und ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Man frühstückt auf der Terasse und hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Ein wunderschöner gepflegter Garten rundet das ganze ab. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Good location

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
