Good room, good bathroom, and really welcoming owners. Even if they don't speak English well, they have been really lovely and made us try a home-made liquor. Old city center (inside the wall) is just 20minutes walk maximum.

Good stay at Raguz Guest House

We had a fantastic stay at Guest House Raguz. The location was a short, scenic walk from Dubrovnik's Old Town. Toiletries were provided. AC, Wifi etc were fine. Hosts were fantastic. Would stay again.

The owner and his wife were really kind. They gave me always in contact with a smile.Garden flowers are beautiful.The room was very comfortable widely.So I was able to spend to relax.Access was also good.I want to stay again.

Wir hatten 3 Übernachtungen im Guest House Raguz gebucht. Die Gastfreundschaft war einfach spitze. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt, und das nicht aus kommerzieller Sicht. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass man das Frühstück vor Ort einnehmen kann. Wir haben es gemacht und wurden einmal mehr sehr positiv überrascht. Es gab selbst gemachten Apfelstrudel und Palatschinken. Auch die Ommelets waren ein Traum.
Wir können das Guest House jederzeit empfehlen und das war mit Sicherheit nicht unsere letzte Übernachtung dort. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Ehepaar.

fantastischer Aufenthalt

My husband and I spent a wonderful time in Dubrovnik at Guest House Raguz.
The room was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the big terrace in the evening.
Our hosts were unbeliveable friendly and attentive. 
The location is very good. We took a taxi to the old city because we are bad walkers. It was very cheap.
We will definitly come back.

We have been here for the second time now and we hope to come back again.
The hosts didn't speak english but it was no problem to come to an understanding. 
They were unbelievable friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and clean. This time we didn't walk to the old town but took a taxi which costed 55 Kuna. In the evening we enjoyed again the view from the big terrace to the illuminated cable car.
This is a very good place to stay!

Perfect location right in the centre of the Old Town. Room was lovely, very clean and with everything we needed. Owner very nice and friendly, met us at the bus station and walked us back to the hotel, and had lots of good suggestions for things to do in Split. Brilliant stay! Highly recommended. 

Brilliant stay, couldn't have asked for more

This guesthouse locates in the residential area outside oldtown, about 20 min walk to old town center. But the area is also close to the beach, Bellevue beach is just 5 min walk. Also to walk to the port area. The guest house locates downstairs from the street, so it might a bit difficult to find. The owners are really nice and friendly, they give free coffee and cakes to us one of the morning. 
The atmosphere is pretty nice with lots of tree and flowers. The room is basic but fine with air-condition, but no TV. There is a supermarket nearby as well. All is all is a fairly nice place to stay with some walks.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
