The house honor can't speak english. But it can't be problem. They are very very kind!!! And clean room. A little bit far from old city. But it takes 20mins on walk. It'll be good for my health. I'll come again here:)

Excelente ubicación. Es muy tranquilo y los anfitriones son muy amables. Te ayudan en lo que les pides y siempre están pendientes de lo que necesites. Las habitaciones muy cómodas definitivamente volveríamos

The hosts were nice. Communication in english was a bit difficult. 
Walking distance to the old town less than 15 min.
Free parking in front of the appartment but you have to search free parkinglot. 
Free wifi is working good. 
Overall a good place to stay, especially of you only use the apartment for sleeping. 

Very good for a one-night-stay in Dubrovnik

The owners were sweet and location was great. However, the room felt dingy and outdated. Definitely overpriced for what it offered.

Too expensive for what it offers 

L'agence de réservation est aux petits soins, nous a aidés à réserver un taxi pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Et nos hôtes, charmants, nous ont attendus malgré notre grand retard (nous sommes arrivés à minuit alors que nous avions annoncé 18h30). Accueil généreux et souriant.

I never met such kind people as the owners of this guest house. It was overwhelming. The big and quiet terrace was wonderful and the room was also quiet and everything was clean.
I took a taxi to the old town which costed 65 Kuna.

I will come back

It was the second time we stayed at the guest house and again it was unforgettable.
We love this quiet and clean place and the extremely friendly hosts.
The opulent breakfast was served on the terrace again and Ivan offered us homemade cherry liqueur.

Still excellent

15 minutes walk to the old town of Dubrovnik and 15 minutes to the main bus station. Very friendly staff. Good bed and clean room. Bathroom less clean and a bit small but OK. We got pancakes for breakfast.


Friendly stay at 15min walk of old town

The hosts are a very friendly couple making sure that guests staying at their guest house have a pleasant stay. My room came with a separate private bathroom that even included a washing machine. If you are looking for a cheap and simple accommodation close to the Old Town, this guest house is your place to stay. Simple as there are no TV sets, fridges or phones and you have to bring your own hair dryer and shampoo/shower gel. But who needs a TV when there is beautiful Dubrovnik to explore, which is not far by foot. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are also not far away.

Excelent place to stay in Dubrovnik. Well located, close to the old city town and to the beach. Also no so far from the bus station. Very nice rooms with good view an very clean. Also awesome hosts! It is a really good alternative for the right price. Completely recomended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

great experience!

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Room was comfortable. Located near a dtore allowed us to purchase fresh bread for breakfast on the terrace. An easy walk to old town, the port and Lapad. Yes there are stairs so a taxi is recommended for arrival. The hosts were lovely and friendly providing us with some homemade treats. English was poor but we managed well.

We had a very pleasant stay with this host and would recommend this appartment to anyone who wants to stay in Dubrovnik.

Close to the old town, very friendly hosts

If you are in Dubrovnik you are not going to be spending much time, if any, in your room. All we need is a comfortable bed, in a clean room, a clean bathroom with a good shower, in a good location, at a good price. This rental ticked all those boxes.
The room was very simple but immaculate, as was the bathroom.  It was just a little difficult to find - we walked past it once. It needs a more visible number.  It is an easy ten minute walk from the old town, and about 20 minutes from the bus station.  It's near the top of the hill, but if you don't like hills, don't visit Dubrovnik!  (We are fast walkers, so perhaps add 50% to these times.)
If we were to visit Dubrovnik again, we would certainly return to this guest house.  However, it is doubtful we will, as we did not enjoy Dubrovnik at all, and cut our visit short.  The people are all very nice, and the location is spectacular. But the constant Government propaganda, everywhere, about the war 17 YEARS AGO, eventually gets very tiring.  It's time to move on.  Kotor is much more pleasant and much less expensive for dining and venue charges.  

Superb value room.  But Dubrovnik a big disappointment.

Prvi utisak koji dobijete, kada se spustite stepenicama sa ulice,je očigledna posvećenost domaćina da čak i dvorište izgleda odlično i sređeno sa puno cvijeća kojega je bilo na sve strane.
Bila sam tamo u zimskom periodu tj.rano proljeće,soba je bila više nego dovoljno zagrijana sa mogućnošću dogrijavanja klimom.Urednost,čistoća..posteljina..peškiri sve je na visokom nivou.Blizina starog grada do kojeg možete pešice za 15-tak min je svakako prednost.
Ono što posebno moram da naglasim je izuzetna ljubaznost domaćina koji su mi bili na raspolaganju za sva pitanja i pomoć koja mi je trebala.Divni ljudi.
Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
