Perfect location
The best thing is the location - right on the main street through Dubrvnik old town, with all the main attractions and loads of restaurants nearby. Also only 2 minutes walk from Pile gate where the buses and taxis drop off so you don't have to carry luggage up lots of stairs. The room was spacious and clean and everything looks like it's been recently re-decorated. Everything worked well, nice hot shower. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no double bed, only 2 singles pushed together to make a double, but this seems to be quite common in European countries so probably similar in other apartments. Overall very very good!

Great little place
right in the centre of the old town. Very comfortable. Biggest problem was the inability to leave luggage with them after our stay. Well, we could, but they said they couldn't get to their office to take bags in until an hour and a half after we were required to check out, which was extremely inconvenient. Not the biggest worry however, as there is a left luggage in the city for a cost. However, I think if you are requiring guests to leave at a certain time, then you should at the very least be in your offices at that time to look after luggage for a bit, as the schedule of your holiday is most likely dependant on the ferry/catamaran schedules.
