the nicest part of our accommodation was Ljubica.
Good location, 20 min to the old town.
Conditionair air, was so good because we went in summer.
One sharing bathroom.
Great terraze.
Nice house with good communication with buses and beaches.

Nice stay un dubrovnik, 20min away from the old Town and 10min from the beach. Nice Room with a big terrasse. a supermarket is located just next to the room which is convenient! Wifi is working well. 

One night in dubrovnik 

The room was good. It is easy to go explore the city from there (although I'd advise people to take the bus on the way back) and it has everything needed. It is simple but very good for the price !

Spent two nights in the apartment last week. Although the kind lady does not speak much of English she was willing to help and accommodate me as much as she could. However she has authorised local agents for the communication through social media so its easy to find it and communicate. Its a family owned bussiness with her brother who also rents some rooms nearby within the alleys of the new town of Dubrovnik. I really liked the scenery and the location which is just 15' from the old town. It was clean and cozy. A/C worked fine but the same did not happened with the WIFI. Just be careful with the picture looking up the upper hill of Dubrovnik as it is only for the front apartment and not the two ones staring at the back. It is misleading but in conversations with the owner's daughter i understand it is not their fault...Overall i would suggest it for couples as the price is fair for its facilities!

The location is great. Is a room with a external bathroom. All was ok for one night

Near the old city

Excellent choice in Dubrovnik - easy walking distance to Old Town. Very nice/clean room. I highly recommend!

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
