Good welcome stuff, internet speed was pretty high, fantastic view and fantastic breakfast! For just 7 euro you will receive large amount of food and all will be served on the terraso with the panoramic view of the bay in Dubrovnik. Owner speaks English and Russian as well, so the is no communication problems for Russian speaking tourists.

3번 버스타고 호텔 앞에서 내려서 가세요. 계단 오르다 죽습니다.
벌레가 너무 많고 다소 지저분한 숙소였어요. 더위 많이 안타는데도 에어컨이 시원치않아서 너무 더웠습니다.
이틀 묵으면서 첫날 조식을 신청해서 먹었는데 나쁘지 않지만 가격이 너무 비싼것 같습니다 ㅜ
그치만 뷰가 정말 끝내주고 직원들이 가족같이 챙겨줘서 편했습니다.
체크아웃 후에 짐도 흔쾌히 맡아주었어요.^^

I Think the guest house does not deserve 3 stars. But a huge star(only) for the kindness of Barbara. She and her family are very very nice. Always ready to please you. 
Concerning the room it is really basic. When we arrived we had to share the bed as, apparently they wee not aware concerning our request for 2 single beds. But the next morning as some people were going we could have those 2 single beds.


We visited by ourself which was very easy. 

The host is great, the view is great! Everything was perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay at Barbara's guesthouse. I was welcomed by a very enthusiastic lady (Ines, daughter of Barbara) who offered a lot of information without being 'too much'.
My room had all it needed, the bathroom was small but clean. The view from the house's terrace was magnificent, especially when I enjoyed a home-cooked fish platter in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The meals were individually priced and good value and quality.
Access to the appartment by foot from the bus station is seriously strenous with luggage (and I do sports professionally), so take the bus from the station or a taxi. Walking ibto the oldcit takes about 25-30min over lots of stairs...so take your sportshoes out. The view comes at a 'sporty' price!
Anyways, overall I had a great time and would recommend this place to fit and flexible people!

Logement propre, jolie vue et personnel sympathique.Une des chambres n'a pas de fenêtres. Pour accéder au logement, le mieux est de prendre le bus 3 depuis Old town ou la gare de bus centrale et descendre à magistrala 3 (hotel Adria), ensuite descendre la petite route avant l'hotel et prendre les escaliers qui descendent sinon prendre un Uber ( environ 30 kuna depuis la gare centrale). Pour le bus, possibilité d'acheter à la gare centrale un ticket 24h à 30 kuna sinon 15 kuna le trajet. Je ne conseille pas de monter les escaliers depuis en bas lorsque vous arrivez avec vos valises. Pour aller au centre de Dubrovnik possibilité de descendre les escaliers et prendre ensuite une des lignes de bus qui passent en bas.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
