Overlooking the Adriatic sea this studio apartment with furnished balcony is perfectly fit for up to two people. The studio features free WiFi, AC, SAT LCD TV, equipped mini kitchen and dining area. The private bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and free toiletries.

Linens and towels are provided.

We are located in Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Cavtat promenade and a 25-minute ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town.

Kindly note:
 - Seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are available from 15.04.-15.10., 
    they are open each day from 09 AM until 0 7PM..
 - Gym is open from 08 AM - 08 PM.
 - Sauna is open from 06 PM until 00 AM.
 - Laundry facilities are available upon request.

Great new place with a walking distance from Cavtat center. The way down is ok, but on the way back be prepared for a bit of a climb. The owners are very friendly and helpful and will do their best to make visitors feel welcome. Appartments are spacious and brand new and everything is nice and white. Cherry on the cake: Finnish Sauna!

Brand new villa with great owners

My boyfriend and me decided to spend some days in Vila Lukas and we don't regret. 
Really nice place, everything is so clean, big room with nice sea view and good quality of furniture. You are free to use all facilities of the Vila Lukas, swimmingpool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and kitchen where you can find all that you need for preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also you can find really good coffee machine with some croatian chocolate on the side. 
Landord is really nice and welcoming. After we  arrived he offered us a welcome drink  (croatian traditional drink). He is always there if you need something, also he showed us a really nice &quot;local&quot; beach. 
He really gives his best to make guests happy.
We recommend this lovely place :)

Lovely place 

Fantastic standard.   Great hosts.   Every room with a sea view.    Close to the centre - I could only recommend. At the corner a bus stop to Dubrovnik and a small shop.  Next year I will stay with my whole family. 

Great Place

Value for money, highly recomended! The place has everything a family or a couple need and it's standard is very high. The house is completely new and it is not placed directly on the road but on a nice and relaxing place.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...).
3. Produce no noise after midnight.
4. Take care and keep the inventory of the apartment, especially the floor and furniture.
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
