Apartments Paula contains of two self-catering accommodations, ideally situated as it is just outside The City Walls and stone's throw away from everything Dubrovnik has to offer. Nice small apartment with good location. All works and owner is really nice person. All necessary is provided. It was just painted so really nice. This has really good size balcony but sun comes at afternoon time.

우선 주인아저씨가 엄청 친절하세요 가자마자 웰컴선물이라며 맥주와 샴페인을 주셔서 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다
그리고 주방과 화장실 침실 모두 청결했고 세탁기가 있어서 빨래를 하고 널수있어서 좋았습니다
또 아저씨는 센스있게 젓가락과 매일 수건을 챙겨주셨어요 저희가 두부로브니크에서 물놀이를 많이 했거든요
그리고 테라스!! 너무너무 좋습니다 테라스에서 바다를 바라보며 먹던 와인이 아직도 생각나네요

On arrival the host Dragan was friendly and helpful, he had stocked the cupboards with washing up liquid, coffee and sparkling wine. He gave us a drink on arrival and even offered to bring us coffee at 4am before our flight home.
The apartment is in a great location, 3 minutes from Pile Gate into the old town. The flat is practical and the Balcony is huge, with a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers and plenty of space, with a view to the sea.


Great location and warm welcome

Small bedroom but a nice dining/kitchen area including a washing machine, excellent patio/balcony with a nice view. Several steps to climb could be difficult with heavy luggage, but Dragan saved us from this chore by carrying our bags both up and down the steps. Dragan is an excellent host, extremely welcoming, including free arrival drinks and morning coffee. He also allowed us an early check-in and late check-out which was extremely helpful in allowing us to get maximum benefit during our stay in Dubrovnik. Highly recommended.

Excellent location near the old city

We booked a transfer from the airport which was very convenient as we arrived late. Everything with this stay at Paula's was perfect. The terrace extraordinary with privacy and sea view. GREAT location, and really nice host. 

Extraordinary stay in Dubrovnik

Appartamento accogliente,     personale gentilissimo. Appena arrivi ti aiutano con i bagagli e ti offrono da bere e l'ultimo giorno ci hanno anche preparato la colazione (anche se il trattamento non era da beb).
Potrei dire che manca la TV ma tra vista panoramica dal terrazzo e passeggiate in città  (sei a dubrovnik) non te ne accorgi........

Terrazzino fantastico,  vista splendida in una posizione strategica per old town e bus station. 

The room is cosy, perfect for a couple. With a full kitchen, that allowed us to cook, take breakfast and enjoy the place. The terrace is really nice so we could enjoy the morning coffee with excelent views, and the flat is at 5 minutes to the center by walk and at the dame time so calm! 
The oner is a really nice man, he received us with a smile even when we were late, he offered us some welcome drinks and gave us a bottle of champagne to enjoy on the first night, and even he brought some coffe and pastries for the last morning. And he provided us with great tips!
I would only have to say that if you come by car, you will need to find a place somwhere far away as the center is terrible expensive!

Amazing locatio, cute studio and excelent owner!

The room was clean, the view amazing, and The appartment well equipped!(Kitchen, table, towels, fridge, micro-wave) Nice owners that offers us a wine bottle at our arrival. Very closed to The old city and From The Adriatic sea. 

Amazing view

This flat is small,but it is perfectly formed. It has a big patio with a lovely view of the Lovrijenac fortress and the sea.
The flat is up a narrow paved road that leads directly to the pila gate 400 yards away.We were greeted with a beer &amp; wine &amp; a bottle of prosecco by the genial host. He also looked after our bags on the last day. a very nice man!
Would thoroughly recommend this flat to any couple wanting a base to explore Dubrovnik.

Little flat, big patio, great view, great location.

The apartment is very near the old town yet quiet. The large terrace with sea view is great, the bed so comfortable and the host very kind. A most enjoyable and comfortable stay in a well equipped property. 

Excellent location

Paula is really kind. He provided us all we need. we are Korean, so he provided chopsticks eventhrough we didn't request. 
The sea view at balcony is better than the picture, and the balcony is spacious.
Location is quite close to old town, and it is also close to asmall beach.

Very nice welcome from the owner, and very good location for this studio with nice and sunny terrace with a sea view. Quiet and easy and rapid walking access to the old town 
Only the bed would have to be renewed.

Nice welcome and good location with terrace

Appartement à 5 mn de la vieille ville dans un coin très calme avec une superbe terrasse avec transats, parasol et serviettes de plage pour les amateurs de bronzette.
Ce n'est pas très moderne mais c'est très propre et tout fonctionne parfaitement bien.
Attention c'est très petit, uniquement composé d'une chambre, d'une cuisine et d'une salle de bains.
Le linge de toilette a été fourni et changé en cours de séjour.
Je le recommande aux personnes qui privilégient les ballades et visites et qui cherchent un logement économique uniquement pour y dormir.
Accueil par le propriétaire très sympathique qui nous a offert une bouteille et un verre à l'arrivée et nous a gentiment gardé nos bagages le dernier jour en attendant de partir pour l'aéroport.

A Slice of Paradise!

The accommodation is fairly basic and quite small but the terrace is wonderful and is equipped with table and chairs, sunloungers with towels and parasol - the view is stunning, a perfect place for breakfast and late afternoon or evening glass of wine.  The owner is really helpful, very friendly and speaks good English and even provided us with a drink on arrival and a bottle of Prosecco, a very nice touch.  The location is great, a couple of minutes walk (not too much uphill) from Pile Gate.  Internet access was fine.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
