It offers free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and LCD TV. Apartment also includes seating area and fully equipped kitchenette with dining area. Private bathroom is fitted with shower and washing machine.

Apartments Minerva are located in the Old Town, only steps away from the Stradun promenade.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the town a bit more before departure.

A city tax of 1.40€ per person per night will be collected at the property in cash upon arrival.

Apartment is quite well located as long as don't mind regular exercise up quite a few steps, since it is towards high corner of town, between mai and east gates.
Small &quot;supermarket&quot; very close if wanted to self cater.
Clean, and comfortable basic apartment.
Owner friendly and on site when not out at work.
Television reception patchy, wifi is fine.
Reccomended.

Basic, Comfortable, reasonably well located

Apartments Minerva is a great place to stay while in Dubrovnik! It is close to the main street in the Old Town and close to many bars and restaurants. The only portion that may be different for some are the stairs, but there are stairs all around Dubrovnik. 
The host was very friendly and met us at the Apartment although our ferry was thirty minutes delayed. We didn't have to contact her aside from check-in, but she provided us with her contact information in case of any questions. 
The apartment itself was much better than expected. It is a two room apartment with a living room and bedroom and even has a decent sized kitchenette that is well-stocked. We did run into an issue where someone blew a fuse in the downstairs apartment, but the gentleman that lives across the hall from where we were staying graciously fixed it very quickly. 

Great Apartment!

The accommodation was in an excellent location, easy to find, in a lane just off the main plaza and up the steps. The rooms were very clean and tidy with plenty of added touches and we especially loved the fabulous queen size bed! I would definitely recommend Apartments Minerva to future visitors to Dubrovnic. Also, the Gaffe Irish bar has very entertaining live music if you are interested!

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic location!

I would absolutely stay here again if I'm back in Dubrovnik.  The apartment was super clean and comfy and was in an awesome location inside the old walls.  So fun to have the amazing view down one of the stair lined alleyways.  The hosts were absolutely fabulous as well.  Super responsive and helpful.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbors and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated!
