Confortable,coqueto,limpio y completísimo apartamento con terraza privada.Cama de gran tamaño y comodidad. Wifi perfecto. Enseres incluidos;café(con filtro),lavavajillas y lavadora(con detergentes!) Silencio absoluto.
Personal puntual,serio y muy cordial.
Único pero: las empinadas escaleras serán un hándicap para personas con movilidad reducida.

Simply perfect

Beautiful view, the apartment was spotless, very clean. Communication with owner was good. Because it was our honeymoon, she provided us with champagne and chocolates. It was perfect.
There are a lot of restaurants near the apartment. First is restaurant la Luna, a small pizza place were you can dine or have breakfast. The new harbor is a 5 min walk where you can do excursions or just enjoy some wine

The apartment was beautifully presented throughout with stunning views from the balcony.Ines gave us useful information regarding the local amenities and was on hand if we needed her during our stay.
The apartment is very spacious with a very large comfortable bed plenty of seating area very homely with extra touches. 
Would recommend for couples or a family. 

Beautifully presented apartment

Very nice apartment. Good wifi. Modern furniture, and everything was very clean. Very near a bus stop to city center, and a supermarket. The owner was very kind and gave us directions to evrything we needed to know.

Nice apartment good price/quality

Good facilities and friendly welcome from the owner who was waiting for us when we arrived. Up a steep hill but overall very nice, good balcony with table and chairs and modern interior.

lovely modern apartment

Apartment in a residential area of Dubrovnik up a steep hill with lots of steps from the new port. A half-hourly bus service runs into the old town from the bottom of the road and back to the apartment. Bakeries and a supermarket on the door-step. Views from the balcony over the port into the sea and mountains beyond, nice to sit out there to eat. Not much traffic noise, but some noisy children in the block of flats below. However we slept very well, it was much quieter than other places we stayed in Ines, the owner is very helpful and lives close by. Great facilities in the apartment and the kitchen is very well-equipped. Lots of shops and big supermarkets down on the promenade and you can walk round the harbour to the Lapad side where there are sea-front bars and restaurants.Thank you Ines for booking us a taxi when we left as the taxi we had booked did not turn up.

Well located and fully equipped apartment

Apartment ,owner ,furnuteres, kitchen, bathroom,bedrooms,balkon, cleanliness ,with the details...all of them was  perfect.(Ev ,evsahibi ,mobilyalar,mutfak banyo,Yatak odalari ,temizlik detaylariyla..hepsi çok guzeldi..) 

Dormer Windows was interesting ..so cute.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
