    Didn't get what we thought we booked!

    Accommodation was not the same as shown in the photos, therefore can't help but be a little disappointed. Although accommodation was in a good location, very clean and perfectly adequate it was not the bright and cheerful rooms as shown in photos. Bathroom was tiny and kids bedroom was dark and very hot as the air con did not seem up to the job of cooling the entire apartment. Received no answer to email requesting how to reach apartment and once we arrived in Dubrovnik it took a while to even find out the actual location of where we were staying, the owners did not seem that sure themselves! Owners tried to be helpful but the lady in particular seemed a little bit unsuited to her role as host.
