Very nice and comfortable house, with beautiful view and terrace in a great location. Very nice landlady. The big terrace has shade and sun,so you can also sit in the shade if you wish.Very kind touroparator downstairs, who can arrange almost anything for you. You can go to the old city by bus.

We spent two days in the apartment located opposite the port. 
spacious comfortable apartment clean and equipped with everything needed for the vacation with a big balcony to watch all the cruise ships.aircondition and Wi-Fi worked properly. The apartment has a private parking. locatioion is  about 2 km from the old city of Dubrovnik but it is recommended to use the public bus (#6) which is very convenient.The host lady was very kind welcome us with cold beer and served us figs from the garden. She explain where and how to go in Dubrovnik.

Zero defects

The place was amazing nice view  .Close to the copacaban beach, very good links with a bus .The owner she was very friendly and i will go again next year

Who doesn't like drinking their caffe and watching the ferrys and the yahchts 

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
