Very lovely place,amazing owners. Was suprised with all things I found inside (coffee,water heater,plenty tea,chips and drinks in fridge,plenty extra towels if needed)
Apartment looks incredible abd modern. Definitelly coming back next time when I come to Dubrovnik.

The room was OK. The wifi excellent and the location very good for travelers who stay a short time and will travel further by bus.
But The communication concerning arrival time was difficult and confusing.
Each time when contacting you I got a different phone number from – I think – different people :

The same question was asked again and again.
My answer from the beginning was that I will send a SMS text message when the airport bus is starting the trip to the city.
At arrival at the appartement there were again different phone numbers !
I had to call one of this new number for getting the key !
Please make in the future your contacting better : one person for the communication and one number.
When contacting you by the booking.com mode a asked you more than once to send the answer directly to my mail addres
bruno.raes@pandora.be because a part of the answers was missing. But your did not.
So I think that you have to work on the procedure to contact your clients.

good appartment but the communication is difficult

A modern apartment that has all you need. The only bad thing is that its located at the main steet and you hear the cars all night. If you are travelling from the main bus station (for example to the airport or another city the location is grrat) or with the ferrys to the islands. But if you want to see the old town you need to take the bus.

The apartment is really nice, well equipped and well maintained, very silent despite it is located very close to the main street. It would be perfect if it would be located on the first floor, however if I had the chance this is the kind of apartment I would live in. When staying in Dubrovnik that is where we are going to stay. Loved it!!

I would live in this apartment!

Got a Room half an hour after Reservation. Very clean Appartment, big enough for 4 person. Appartment offers everything you need. If you need anything else the owner came to us in a few minutes after we called her. But a little to dark and at a big street, so not that nice for a longer stay but perfect for a few Days.

Very friendly and spontainous staff

The apartment was as expected as the photographs are a true reflection of the apartment.  The owner was pleasant.

Nice apartment on a busy road

Good location, near the central busstation (4 min. walking) and the harbour (a little bit farther away).Konzum supermarkt and resto's in the environment. Clean apartment, with all you need; Coffee and tea provided, as shampoo and showergel. No problem to enter the appartment on arrival late in the evening. The door was open and we could enter. A 15 min. later came the friendly owner to great us and to make the registration. It is advised to let her know your time of arrival. The apartment is at a busy street, but we did not hear the traffic in the bedroom. There is just a little corner on the footpath, to sit outside, and you have no view. So, it is good for a short stay if you need the busstation or the harbour, but not for a longer stay.

Good price/quality

Owner is nice and helpful. Parking space is public, not sure available, but owner can help. Cozy and clean apartment, recommend~

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
