It features air conditioning, WiFi and LCD  TV. Two bedrooms have double bed and third offers one single bed. Kitchen is well equipped and comes with dining area, while living room includes sofa. Private bathroom includes bathtub and hairdryer, there is also a separate toilet.  Furnished balcony with sea view is at guests disposal. 
Baby cot is available upon request.

Apartment Lena is  located only 700 meters away from Old Town of Dubrovnik.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out is available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.

Good location. Just few minuts from the old city gate.
In a very peaceful neighboughood.
It's a big apartment for 5 people and in really good conditions. Very clean and friendful.

Good memories from it

Very clean, nice staff. Spoke good English. 
Close to the old city, but a lots of steps to walk. Very comfortable beds and so quiet at night.
We are a family of 5 and stayed for 2 nights. The internet was also very good. 

So nice :) 

Really enjoyed this apartment, it was bigger than expected and in a great location with a small play park 1 min away, It was easy to get to and from the old part of the city. Perfect for families with young kids. Would definitely book again.

Lena appartment was a excellent choice for our family stay in Dubrovnik.
Easy to find when arriving, with a parking place just in front of the appartment and not even a stair to climb with al. the luggage!
Very large apartment, excellent localtion, very convenient. Jelena is very careful.

The Apartment is large, comfortable, very clean, with complete facilities for kitchen and toilettes and amazing see view . The owner is very very kind, I can go there again. You can go downtown in 15-20 minutes by walk. 

Accomodation in Dubrovnik 

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4.  Beautiful sea view from the balcony. The old town is a 15 minute walk.  Great location with parking; leave your car and walk everywhere.  There is a grocery store and cafe/restaurant within a 3 minute walk. Plenty of towels, and fully equipped kitchen.  As in most of Europe, the air conditioner is in the living room, and the bedrooms get a little warm, but there are plenty of fans in the unit.  The owners live in the apartment complex and are very helpful.  When booking through booking.com be aware that you are not dealing directly with the owner, you are using a booking service. They will contact the owner to notify her of your arrival time. 

Great Sea View from Balcony

Lovely spacious and comfortable apartment close to the old town and with great sea view. Host very helpful. Great small beach nearby to right of fort but be aware lots of steps!

Great Dubrovnik apartment

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
