Apartment Berk is situated in a quiet neighbourhood near Dubrovnik's Main Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands. Apartment's location is perfect for getting  to know undiscovered areas of Dubrovnik and visiting Dubrovnik's breathtaking archipelago.

El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades que puedas pedir, además tiene aparcamiento privado en la puerta. Berlusconi y su mujer fueron muy amables con nosotros en todo momento. Dejamos el coche en la puerta y fuimos andando hasta el centro, que está a 25 minutos. O bien puedes coger el autobús que esta a 2 minutos. Si vuelvo a Dubrovnik volvería a apartment Berk. 100%Recomendable

Perfect!

Small but clean and very well equipped apartment - everything you might need from spare light bulbs to a washing machine.  Good wifi connection and a very useful parking space.  Supermarket, bakery and restaurant within 5 minutes' walk, plus more restaurants near the harbour 10 minutes' walk away.  A short bus ride takes you to the Old Town.  Lovely, kind and helpful owners - the husband speaks very good English.  The only slight downside is that there is some traffic noise from the street outside - but I imagine this is a common problem in Dubrovnik.

Homely little apartment with very helpful owners

Room was very clean. The location was near to supermarket, bakery. 
The host was friendly. He and his wife managed the house well.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
