Amorino of Dubrovnik Apartments offers four accommodation units. Apartments are 1,5 km away from the Old Town (historic center) the nearest beach is 400 m away from the property.

Apartment will provide you with a king size bed and single bed which actually together are a trundle bed, kitchenette with dining area and a private bathroom with shower. Kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster and water kettle. Apartment also features air conditioning, SAT LCD TV, hairdryer, washing machine and ironing facilities.

Guests will have unlimited access to free WiFi and a parking private place near the property.

Apartment will also provide you with lovely furnished terrace from which you can enjoy beautiful sea and city view, perfect for relaxing vacation.

This studio apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons.

We spent ten days in this apartment. It is well equipped with everything you probably need during holidays. It has air conditioning, wich you definitely need in summer. Towels were changed several times during our stay. Tha apartment has washing machine and iron so you can have less clothes. There are some parking places which we could use while we were renting a car. The view is magnificent. Bus stops are nearby but you can easily walk to the old city center which is appr. 1 km away. The owners live next door so if you need anything you can ask them and they will help you.

Beautiful place and very friendly people

I came to the Amorino Apartments Maslina/Ruzmarin and Lavanda with a group of 10 friends for 4 days. We loved this place. The owners are very kind and they provide an excellent service for the apartments (in case of questions they were always there, and came to check if we needed anything very often). 
The apartments were very clean, they had several facilities as washing machine and kettle for boiling water. Also the owners provided with fruits, water, juice, coffee, and basic supplies for the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable (even the sofa beds) and everything was very clean. 
The view from the apartment Lavanda is impressive, direct view to the Old Town of Dubrovnik, the island of Lokrum and the beautiful Adriatic Sea all over. Sunset views on the balcony were breathtaking. It was very practical to have the kitchen since we had everyday breakfast in the terrasse of the &quot;Lavanda&quot; Apartment. There is a supermarket in the same street. The Old Town is about 10 minutes walking from the apartments, but the stairs could be long and tiring for older people.
I would say perfect for couples/group of friends.

Perfection

The room is very clean with perfect ocean view. In all three places that we stayed on our trip in Summer 2017 , this is the most beautiful hotel. We are pleased with everything the owner of this apartment provided us. He is very nice to take care of your need during the time you stay at this place.

Amorino of Dubrovnik was the highlight of our Europe trip Summer 2017

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment.  The location is super, with a spectacular view of the Old Town from the balcony, and a 10 minute walk to town.  Do know that no matter where you stay in Dubrovnik, you will have to climb some stairs at some point in one direction or another.
The king size bed was very comfortable, the balcony was spacious, and the kitchen had all of the utensils and such that we needed.  The owners were very friendly; even left a supply of coffee, sugar, etc., as well as some drinks and fruit in the apartment for us; plus provided an amazing bit of apple pie on our arrival (even drove us the airport our last day!).
We liked the location because it was on the Ploce end of town, which was away from the crowds by the Pile gate (where all of the buses unload with those coming from the harbor and other areas.  It was also located between the two best beaches in town, Banje and Sveti Jakob, so you could get to both easily.
We would definitely stay here again if we return to Dubrovnik.

Four night stay in an ideal location for discovering the Old Town and the surrounding area.  Perfect view of the town, water and Lokrum.

The apartment is amazing, and so are Nino and Bubba.
We were pleased and satisfied!

Wonderful days in Dobrovnik

- Hosts were lovely and welcoming, were able to help us with any questions we had and allowed us to leave our luggage whilst we checked out and browsed the town before our flight
- Beautiful clean apartment with a spectacular spacious terrace, lovely view of the old town and of the sea
- Uber in and out of town was quick and cheap, although it is also a nice 15 minute walk (note there are a lot of stairs but very good exercise!)
- Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Amazing stay!

The apartment was a little difficult to find and the phone number provided was an agency and didn’t really understand when we were arriving or who was to be there to greet us.  Luckily we had a great taxi driver who helped us out no end and located the apartment.  The owners/caretakers live below the unit and could not have been more friendly or helpful. Full credit to them.  The apartment was beautiful and the owners made sure a “care package” was there including fruit, milk and orange  juice.  The apartment is beautiful and the balcony overlooking the sea, island and old town is absolutely superb.  We would peel back the curtains of a morning and lie in bed looking at the view.  Apartment was spotless and everything was perfect.  Beautiful place to stay.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
